Mid-century cool with its good jewelry on.
Clean lines, sculptural shapes, warm woods, statement lighting and polished materials. Less time capsule. More cocktail-at-eight.

Because beige has had plenty of opportunities.
Color, pattern, vintage references and graphic shapes for rooms with movement, attitude and absolutely no interest in cookie-cutter.

Chic. Moody. Slightly badly behaved.
Classic European bones meet the unexpected. Antiques, modern art, black accents and aged brass. Chanel with combat boots.

DESIGN THAT LIVES WITH YOU
Thoughtful design, smart organization and spaces that actually work for your life. Because the best rooms don't just look designed...
...They feel right.
My Approach →THE POETIC AESTHETIC™
A room shouldn't just photograph beautifully. It should say something about the person who lives there. I mix function, personality, proportion, texture, history and a little unpredictability to create spaces that feel curated rather than manufactured.

THE TREATMENT PLAN
Beautiful is only half the job. The other half is making your space function so well you wonder why you lived with it the old way.
Concept, layout, furnishings, color, materials, lighting and every finishing detail.
Fresh eyes on what stays, what goes and what's been missing all along.
Scale, placement and traffic flow. Because “technically it fits” isn't a design strategy.
Practical, beautiful systems built around how you actually live. Pretty baskets alone are not a system.
Artwork, textiles, lighting and accessories. The last 10% can change 100% of the room.
Paint, flooring, tile, fabric, hardware and finishes that actually work together.
The right sofa, the weird little table and lighting nobody else has.
Remote design direction, layouts, sourcing and problem-solving. Bad rooms know no ZIP code.
“A room isn't just a space.
It's a feeling.”
DIAGNOSINGMEET THE ROOMOLOGIST
I earned my B.S. in Interior Design and began working professionally in Los Angeles in 2008, including time with Tobi Tobin Designs before independent design work.
My background also spans executive-level business administration, operations and property management. Translation? I don't just dream up beautiful ideas. I know how to organize the moving pieces required to make them happen.
My job isn't to make your home look like mine. It's to make it look unmistakably like yours. Only better.
THE ROOMOLOGY METHOD
What's working, what's not, and why.
A clear design direction and plan.
Color, furniture, materials, organization and details.
You'll probably start inviting people over just to see the room.
SELECTED WORK
Real spaces. Real personality. Consider this the evidence.

CASE FILE 001
From blank slate to unapologetically personal.
A whole-home project balancing a crisp black-and-white palette with texture, pattern, dramatic lighting, functional organization and a few details that refuse to behave like everyone else's.

CASE FILE 002
Music. Art. Personality. On repeat.
A Rochester room redesign built around a serious love of music: vinyl, vintage finds, bold art, a dedicated listening setup and a bar ready for the B-side.
