From blank slate to unapologetically personal.

THE BRIEF

An empty house.
A very clear point of view.

This Las Vegas residence started as a blank slate, which meant every room had the opportunity to become part of one connected story. The goal was polished without feeling precious: a crisp black, white and silver foundation layered with texture, pattern, dramatic lighting and pieces with personality.

The design moves from statement moments to practical ones. Living spaces built for gathering, a dining room anchored by a dedicated wine display, graphic stair details, a highly organized pantry and a home office that doesn't apologize for having a little fun.

The result: a home that feels cohesive without feeling copied and pasted from room to room.

“Good design isn't about filling a house. It's about giving every room a reason to belong.”

THE PALETTE

High contrast. Low chaos.

Black, white, silver and soft neutrals create continuity while texture and pattern keep the palette from going flat.

THE DETAILS

Drama, strategically applied.

Statement chandeliers, graphic wall moments, mixed patterns and reflective finishes give the home its edge without competing for attention.

THE FUNCTION

Pretty has to earn its keep.

Storage, pantry organization, workspace and furniture planning were treated as design, not as the boring part that happens afterward.
